Bow Range/Refire - Guild Wars Forums

Now, I have seen the list of all the bow types, range, refire rate, and flight times. But my real concern is:

Storm Bow vs. Ithas Bow

I've never seen an ithas bow other than here:

This post says it's preorder item:

And I've read it has a high arc, must mean it's like a flatbow, not sure though.
